Unique Initiative For UAE Businesswomen's Empowerment

Considering the increasing role of the business women and the women’s initiatives in the UAE and based on the statistics of Dubai Land Department showing a considerable growth in ladies’ investments in the real estate industry and the fact that they are becoming active investors in different enterprises, the Managing Director of A1 Properties Mrs. Tina Tzoneva undertook for the first time the initiative to support real estate investments in an event, dedicated to ladies only. To specifically ensure secure investment Dubai Properties was honored as one of the most trustworthy developers that embraced the initiative to present to the selected audience attending the event developer’s special promotion during the exhibition of Ms. Roudha AlShamsi, UAE entrepreneur and prominent influencer, organized by ICONS Exhibition. The event took place in the heart of the local side of Dubai, Al Warqa  from 31st October till 2nd November 2019. ICONS Exhibition was selected by A1 Properties after comprehensive survey as a unique traditional UAE/Arab cultural event, dedicated for ladies only.
