BLOOVO Signs Research Collaboration MoU With Palestine's An-Najah National University
Through partnerships with academia, BLOOVO aims to develop the latest HR and talent acquisition solutions powered by artificial intelligence
BLOOVO, the innovative technology company specialising in the provision of AI-powered talent acquisition solutions, today announced that it had signed an MoU with An-Najah National University in Palestine to collaborate on research and innovation of AI-powered solutions in the field of HR and talent acquisition.
The MoU signing ceremony was held remotely between Dr. Ahmad Khamis, co-founder and CEO of BLOOVO andDr. Samer Arandi,Dean of the Faculty of Engineeringat An-Najah National University.
BLOOVO has been at the forefront of establishing itself as a technology hub with an aim to provide the right opportunities, guidance and support to drive innovation in the field of artificial intelligence and machine learning. By identifying synergies and leveraging them effectively to support tech innovators, BLOOVO aims to address tech-driven talent acquisition solutions that will have a global impact.
The partnership with An-Najah National University will pursue research and development of AI-powered interviews, predictive career paths that can help transform and improve the interview process, reduce time-to-hire, and make more informed and data-driven hiring decisions.It also paves the way for BLOOVO to produce more innovative products powered with AI and machine learning with the cooperation of academia.
