Tafawuq Facilities Management Wins New Facilities Management Contract From KOA Real Estate Development LLC

Tafawuq Facilities Management, a subsidiary of Eltizam Asset Management Group and leading facilities management (FM) company in the UAE, has announced that it has been awarded the FM contract from KOA Real Estate Development LLC. As part of the agreement, Tafawuq will provide an array of FM services to KOA Canvas’ respective commercial and retail units Nasab and Noa in Dubai.

The services that the Nasab commercial unit will receive include: Cleaning services – common areas, stairwells, offices, gym; Specialized maintenance services – swimming pools, landscaping and irrigation, steam and saunas; Security and Lifeguard services. The Noa retail unit will be provided with the same cleaning services as the commercial unit, in addition to specialized services for pest control, duct and ecological unit maintenance.
