SCCI Concludes Remarkable Participation In Virtual AIM 2020
The Sharjah Chamber of Commerce & Industry, SCCI, concluded its remarkable participation in the virtual Annual Investment Meeting 2020 (AIM), which was organized by the Ministry of Economy, 20 – 20 October, under the theme “Reimagining Economies: The Move towards a Digital, Sustainable and Resilient Future”.
Through a virtual booth, the SCCI introduced the facilities and incentives it provides to businessmen and investors, specifically the outstanding digital services, including the smart app and the website.
The goal behind the participation is to enhance the Chamber’s competitiveness and sustainable development and to promote Sharjah’s investment climate as being one of the most attractive destinations to investors, thanks to the emirate’s sophisticated infrastructure and flexible laws and legislations.
“This year’s participation was so productive and fruitful. We’ve strengthened our cooperation relations with various commercial and industrial chambers, business institutions, and investment promotion agencies in the Arab and foreign countries,” said HE Mohammed Ahmed Amin Al Awadi, Director General of SCCI, “The AIM is an annual ideal opportunity to highlight the investment environment in the Emirate of Sharjah and the privileges it offers in investors, besides the distinguished services the Chamber provides to the business community.”
“The SCCI always strives to effectively take part in such economic events to shed more light on Sharjah’s promotional plans and to showcase the services the Chamber launch to entice investments,” added Al-Awadi.
“Our participation in such major events comes as part of the SCCI’s strategy to leverage the economic forums and events locally and globally to promote the perfect investment climate in the Emirate of Sharjah,” said Fatima Khalifa Al Muqarb, Director of International Relations, of SCCI, “The Chamber’s virtual booth attracted a big turnout from the participants who are wishing to find out more about the Emirate of Sharjah and the various privileges and advantages it offers to those looking for establishing joint or individual investment ventures.
