Rami Zeidan – A Man With A Mission
In November, I happened to hear Rami speak at two conferences in Dubai in two weeks. First at the Meltwater Summit and then at the Vibe Marketers Fest. For those who don’t already know Rami, he is the Vice President, Partnerships @ Anghami.
From consulting for Fortune Top 100 companies such as Pepsico, Visa, McDonald’s and GE, he found his joie de vivre at Anghami. Rami is tasked with the goal of building brand synergies, strengthen partner relationships, and create initiatives that further amplify Anghami’s brand and business.
Growing up in Beirut, Rami used to DJ as a teenager and music was his first love. Fast forward a few years and he is virtually living his dream. What drives Rami, you might ask? Sheer passion and loving every moment of building relationships with the industry.
At the Vibe Marketers Fest, Rami introduced the new branding and the guiding mission statement of Anghami – THE SOUND OF FREEDOM. Rami is confident that the new experiential marketing drive is going to deliver exponential results for the company, north of 50 million downloads!
While his tech team works on adding more functionality and features to all the touchpoints of the Anghami experience, Rami is focusing on organizing music concerts in the MENA region which will enable fans to interact with the music and the musicians that they adore.
