One Week To Go: British Boarding Schools Show Returns To The UAE
Next weekend will see the return of the British Boarding School Dubai 2021, back for its ninth edition and running from 26-27th November. Taking place at Sheraton Hotel, Mall of the Emirates, the Show provides families living in the Gulf region privileged access to the Heads of over 25 of Britain and Europe’s most distinguished British curriculum schools.

After a period where the lid was lifted onto the complexities of schooling, with students around the world forced to be home schooled, the nature of independent education has been thrown into the spotlight. At the show, parents can understand the true value that British schooling can offer, specifically the nature of critical thinking and rigor of independent analysis that are so vital for future employers and success in the modern workplace. At the Show, parents are afforded personal access to the Administration Directors and Heads of each of the participating schools and can gain invaluable, first-hand insight into school entry requirements.
David Wellesley Wesley, founder of The British Schools Show comments, “Over the past 18 months; a time of unprecedented societal upheaval, parents had to become teachers and now understand exactly how their children learn. This has posed the question as to what the future template of schooling looks like and how educational institutions can embrace technology, flexibility and bring individualized programmes into the classroom. Character, wellbeing, group work, debate, public speaking, punctuality, honesty, self-presentation are areas of focus now and we invite parents residing in Dubai to visit the British Boarding Schools Show to navigate this new normal.”
Registration, including all seminars and talks are free for attendees.
