GymNation Offers 900+ Les Mills Online Workouts For Free To All UAE Residents To Support #StayatHome Amidst COVID 19

GymNation announced the introduction of over 800 Online workouts, free of charge, to all UAE residents, including members and non-members, to support the UAE government’s #StayAtHome initiative. The homegrown fitness chain had already introduced online 1 to 1 training sessions with its Personal Trainers for all GymNation members. The decision to introduce the On-Demand classes, in association with Les Mills, came in line with the Nation’s sterilization program.

Through the platform all UAE residents will have access to a library of 15 to 55 minute Les Mills Strength, Cardio, Bodyweight, HIIT, Dance and Flexibility workouts, which can be streamed on demand, from home, whenever they want from a phone, laptop, tablet, tv or games console. To access the classes for free, residents can visit the GymNation Instagram page (@gymnation_uae) and click on the Les Mills On Demand link in their profile to request for their free access.
