GITEX GLOBAL: The World’s Best Large-Scale Event Returns From 16-20 October 2023
Dubai is looking to further manifest its global position among the top 3 global cities. Announced on January 4th 2023, Dubai’s Economic Agenda (D33) lists 100 transformational projects aimed at spurting Dubai’s economy to double in size by 2033.
Among the key objectives are doubling the value of Dubai’s foreign trade and adding 400 additional cities as key trade partners. With a strong focus on international trade, the vision includes plans for Future Economic Corridors 2033 with Africa, Latin America and South East Asia.
To accelerate its position and growth as a major tech and innovation hub, the government launched ‘Sandbox Dubai’ to allow testing and commercialisation of new technologies and making Dubai a major innovation hub.
