G42 Recognized As A Great Place To Work® In The UAE For Dec 2022 – Dec 2023
G42, the leading UAE-based artificial intelligence and cloud computing holding technology company, is proud to announce that it has been recognized as one of the region’s Best Places to Work for 2022 by the Great Place To Work® Institute. G42 secured the prestigious award based on its extensive range of workplace best practices and benefits for employees that contribute to staff happiness and well being.
The Great Place to Work®award is based on an independent and anonymous sampling of G42 employees. The survey found that 81% of G42 employees voted the company as a Great Place to Work, while 85% added that they were made to feel welcome when they joined G42. This is made possible through various initiatives by G42 focused on fostering a culture of innovation, engagement, learning and development and well being.
The success is also due to G42’s recent brand evolution to redefine the company’s values, what G42 stands for and how it connects with people, from team members and partners to clients with clarity and meaning. Beyond the aesthetic revamp, the rebranding resulted in a better articulation of G42’s ambition, and the role the company and its people have committed to play in digital transformation, technological advancement, and societal betterment.
Commenting on the recognition, Mansoor Al Mansoori, Group Chief Operating Officer, said: “Great places to work are built around people and culture, and that’s what makes G42 a great company. We are pleased to be certified as a Great Place to Work, as it is tangible evidence that recognizes our work culture and overall employee happiness. This recognition is not only a huge win for G42 as a brand, but also a win for our people, without whom this wouldn’t have been possible.”
Maymee Kurian, Group Chief Human Capital & Culture Officer added, “At G42 our people are the main catalysts of excellence, which is why we focus proactively on enhancing their experience. We continuously work towards reinforcing the G42 Culture through employee engagement, experience, evolution and alignment. This recognition is testimony to the success of our efforts to foster a great working environment for all our colleagues.”
Now in its 25th year, the Great Places to Work certification is a testament to comprehensive measures of workplace culture and talent management practices.
