Ellington Properties Wins ‘Best Luxury Project’ Honour For DT1 At Arabian Business Real Estate Awards

Ellington, Dubai’s leading design-led property developer, won the prestigious ‘Best Luxury Project’ honour at the 2019 Arabian Business Real Estate Awards. Ellington won the honour for its DT1 residential tower development, which marked its topping out in January ahead of the construction schedule.

Set in an area of about 20,000 square metres, DT1 rises majestically to a height of 76 metres. Its design and architecture have won several awards, including the ‘Best Bathroom Design’ at the 2018/2019 International Property Awards, and the ‘Best Residential High-Rise Architecture Award’ and ‘Highly Commended Architecture – Multiple Residence’ at the 2016-2017 Arabian Property Awards.

The DT1 interiors are exceptionally designed with the living room and kitchen having laminated and lacquer detailing. The kitchen offers integrated Miele appliances, an under-mount kitchen sink and a dramatic mixer in addition to creative joinery details.

The fourth project by Ellington, DT1 has set benchmarks in every aspect of its construction and is scheduled for completion by end of this year.
