The Mohammed Bin Rashid Housing Establishment called on Emirati citizens who looking to build their own housing projects to visit the Housing, Building Materials, Decoration and Engineering Consultancy Exhibition “Decobuild 2018.” The exhibition, which is in its 2nd edition, will be held during November 7-10 at the Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Hall in Al Warqa 4 in Dubai.
The Mohammed Bin Rashid Housing Establishment and the institutions sponsoring the exhibition stated that Decobuild aims to keep up with the recent boom in the construction sector in Dubai and the UAE, and is the best solution to help citizens receiving government support to build their own residential projects.
This occurred during a press conference held by the Mohammed Bin Rashid Housing Establishment at its headquarters on Monday to announce the events and activities of Decobuild 2018. The speakers at the press conference included HE Sami Gargash, CEO of Mohammed Bin Rashid Housing Establishment; as well as representatives of the sponsoring bodies to the exhibition, such as Ali Ibrahim Deputy Director General of the Department of Economic Development in Dubai Mr. Marwan Al-Askar, Head of Marketing and Event Management Department at the Sheikh Zayed Housing Programme, Salim Makhlouf Al Naqbi, Housing Studies Expert, Sharjah Department of Housing and Khalil Al Hosani , Board Member of the Society of Engineers in the UAE. The conference also included the attendance of a large number of media representatives.
The establishment has revealed that all of the exhibition space for the 2nd edition of Decobuild has already been reserved, two weeks before the exhibition’s launch. The exhibition has a total exhibition space of 4,000 square meter and includes 50 platforms, an increase of 25% from the previous year. Decobuild will be organized with sponsorship from Dubai Municipality and Sharjah Municipality, and with support from the Dubai Chamber of Commerce and Industry, in addition to Dubai Media Incorporated and Abu Dhabi Media as the event’s media sponsors. The mega-event, which has a strategic partnership with the Dubai Business Women Council, will include the attendance of a variety of government departments and bodies from Dubai and the UAE.
