Mustafa Bosca, Managing Director & Partner at BCG Middle East, said: “In today’s business climate, creating social impact is just as significant as creating economic value. The Community Service Day reflects this notion by calling on corporates to realign their organizations’ core attributes by creating resolute, long-term strategies and business activities that bring about positive societal impact.”
The Community Service Day builds on BCG’s efforts to communicate the value of corporate purpose, the role of the Private Sector players to address pressing social challenges, the value of total societal impact, and the way leaders and C-Suites can impart revised corporate strategies in the new era of business.
BCG also collaborated with INJAZ UAE, Al Noor Training Centre for Persons with Disabilities, Dubai Center for Special Needs, Seafarers, Thukher Social Club, International Humanitarian and Charity Organization (IHCO), Manzil Centre for People with Disabilities, Stray Dogs Center, and various startups.
