Manal Bint Mohammed Announces Second Edition Of Innovative Leaders Program

Her Highness Sheikha Manal bint Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, President of Dubai Women Establishment (DWE) and wife of His Highness Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, UAE Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Presidential Affairs, has announced the second edition of The Innovative Leaders Program in collaboration with the prestigiousAshridge-Hult International Business School. The program, which is being held in the United Kingdom until April 28, is designed to help Emirati women enhance their leadership and management skills, spearhead progress within their organisations and contribute effectively to the UAE’s ongoing development.

HH said: “The program is in line with the vision of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, UAE Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, who said that the UAE leadership prioritises youth development, and encourages them to achieve the highest levels of innovation and creativity, so the UAE can achieve the highest international ranks across various sectors.”

HH Sheikha Manal commended the positive response from both public and private sector organisations, highlighting the calibre of employees participating this year. She added that the program has been developed since last year to maximise value for participants and further support their contribution to shaping the future of the UAE. HH said: “We have another outstanding group of female Emirati leaders this year, representing both the private and public sectors in the UAE. All of our participants have the qualities required to implement real change and achieve remarkable results through innovative approaches and methods.”
