Ellington Launches Belgravia Heights Project In Jumeirah Village Circle
Ellington, the Dubai-born design-led boutique developer with a growing portfolio of bespoke, aesthetic and high-quality homes, has launched Belgravia Heights in Dubai’s popular Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC), after the successful introduction of three projects under the same brand name.
Ellington’s tenth development under construction comes on the back of a bullish sentiment expressed by the Dubai Land department where more than 69,000 real estate transactions were carried out – including mortgages and home, land and building sales – totalling AED285 billion (US$77.59 billion) in 2017. JVC is among the top five areas in Dubai with the most off-plan transactions with the others being Business Bay, Downtown Burj Khalifa, Dubai South and Mohammad bin Rashid City.
Robert Booth, Managing Director, Ellington, said: “The Belgravia Heights residential building is the manifestation of Ellington Group’s continued passion and commitment to well-detailed and designed residences in the heart of Jumeirah Village Circle in Dubai. The residential building follows its sister projects Belgravia I, II and III, and commands a signature position along one of the main boulevards running through the community.”
Ideal for young couples and families, Belgravia Heights is a uniquely designed residential building in the heart of JVC with 292 spacious studios, and 1 and 2 bedroom units. It has a landscaped podium level with a resort-style pool, children’s play area and a modern fitness centre. The interiors are serene with warm colours offering a contemporary edge that enables residents to define their personal style.
Joseph Thomas, Managing Director, Ellington, said: “Our architects have followed the signature design of the Belgravia collection which reflect Ellington’s key values and commitment to timeless design and quality. Our Belgravia brand has become synonymous with aesthetically designed homes in JVC district, assuring residents of a distinctive lifestyle experience.”
