Gems Education Secures University Scholarships Worth Over AED 100 Million

GEMS Education has reaffirmed its commitment to making quality education accessible for all students throughout their schooling and beyond, by signing agreements with five more colleges and universities that will offer scholarships exclusively to GEMS students, with a total value of over AED 100 million.

The universities participating in the programme are; Middlesex University Dubai, an internationally renowned university offering top quality UK education in wide variety of academically rigorous undergraduate and postgraduate programmes; SP Jain School of Global Management, the world-class business school with campuses in Dubai, Mumbai, Singapore and Sydney; Skyline University College, one of the oldest tertiary education institutes in the UAE; and Vision Concepts Aviation Training Institute (VCATI), leaders in offering technical courses in the aviation industry; and the University of Modern Science (UMS), which is one the top universities in the UAE offering a range of bachelor degrees and courses. This is in addition to the already announced partnership with theCanadian University Dubai.

Further to today’s announcement, GEMS Education is set to announce a series of agreements with some of the world’s top universities, including Yale and Harvard in the US and the University of Cambridge in the UK within the coming weeks.

The UniConnect programme was launched in 2017. The programme is designed to provide scholarships and financial aid to GEMS students seeking admission at universities within the region and across the globe.

GEMS students in the UAE can apply for these scholarships through their school counsellors. GEMS announced the launch of the UniConnect programme last year.
