The 7th annual GOV HR Summit, the biggest public sector HR event in the GCC, supported by the Human Resources Development Fund, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is all set to take place from October 15-17, 2019 at the Rixos Saadiyat Island Abu Dhabi. Bringing together the world’s most influential business thinkers, local and international solution providers and top HR decision makers from the government, semi government, state owned entities as well as public & private sector organizations, all under one roof, the three-day summit highlights GCC success stories of putting people first, best practice implementation, top HR & technology trends and thought-provoking industry content.
John Mattone, the executive coach for Steve Jobs and the World’s Top Executive Coach & the “Coach of Coaches” will deliver an opening keynote session on the top trends of transformational leadership, while sharing some great insights on building critical skills, strengthening the leadership pipeline and improving employee experience. John Mattone will also be leading a one-day masterclass on October 17, 2019 exclusively for the summit and for the first time in the region.
Business leaders influence how their organizations ensure that their workforce is future ready, A Regional Outlook Panel Discussion focusing on GCC leaders’ approach to leadership will initiate a dialogue by the esteemed panel members on the programs initiated in developing millennials to support the organization’s vision while preparing for the workplace of the future. On the panel are H.E. Abdulla Al Majid, Assistant Undersecretary for Support Services, Ministry of Justice, UAE; H.E. Speaking about getting the best out of human capital, Melanie Weaver Barnett, Chief Executive Education Officer, Stephen M.
