Everyone’s A Winner At GITEX Shopper!
The opening two days of GITEX Shopper 2019 have seen visitors walk away with prizes galore as the region’s favourite and longest-running consumer electronic bonanza kicked off its first round of daily prize draws, a favourite feature of the five-day show.
Prize draws hosted daily at 9pm, will select visitors across each of the show’s key competition platforms for chances to win the latest smartphones, accessories, money back and even a brand-new car.
The hourly ‘Shop & Win’ draws provide visitors with the opportunity to win on-show purchase values back in cash up to a value of AED2,000, while the ‘Visit & Win’ draws award a host of additional prizes including the iPhone XRs, Honor 10i, Bissel Multireach ION 36v vacuum cleaners, and discount vouchers for The Dubai Mall. One lucky winner will also have a chance to drive away a Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross when the final Visit & Win draw is made on Saturday September 28.
Virgin Radio Dubai 104.4 is back at GITEX Shopper this year with a brand-new promotion for listeners and visitors called Virgin Radio’s 25k VR Play. Contestants are given the chance to win AED25,000 cash if they can make it to the top of the leaderboard playing the VR game BEAT SABER on HTC Vive. The final contest takes place Thursday, 26th September from 3pm and to become one of the 40 players selected, you have to listen to The Kris Fade Show and all day this week and call in when you hear the team playing VR. Visitors to the Virgin Radio Dubai stage at GITEX Shopper are also in for an opportunity to be selected as a contestant.
GITEX Shopper 2019 is open daily from 11:00am – 11:00pm through to September 28, 2019. Tickets are pegged at only AED 20. Children under five enter free, while student groups of 50 and above can get tickets at AED 10 per student.
