The UAE To Be The First Overseas Market To Introduce HUAWEI Care -Comprehensively Upgraded Smartphone Services By Huawei
Huawei has introduced HUAWEI Care in the UAE, making it the first overseas country to receive Huawei’s advanced smartphone services, as the company reiterates its focus on providing best quality services to customers.
HUAWEI Care aims to provide extra protection and longer-term services for its state-of-the-art products. This will be the first time Huawei has launched purchasable services outside of mainland China.
HUAWEI Care offers two purchasable services in the UAE, HUAWEI Care (Extended Warranty) to extend the original manufacture warranty from one year to two years and HUAWEI Care (Screen Damage Warranty) through which, within one year from the date of purchase, Huawei will provide free screen repair or replacement if the screen of the device is cracked due to accidental falling, compressing, and crashing.
“When customers purchase a Huawei product, they are acquiring an innovation-packed device with premium design, craftsmanship and intelligent technology. It is only natural they will seek to protect it from unforeseen accidents.” said David Wang, UAE Country Manager at Huawei CBG.
He continued: “we are happy to introduce HUAWEI Care in the UAE as the first overseas country, and this reflects our commitment to Huawei ongoing efforts to create a new level of customer service capability in the UAE, one that sees Huawei customers can access extended after sales care service as part of their Huawei product experience. Moreover, it enunciates our alignment with the UAE government agenda in terms of elevating customer satisfaction across different industries including smartphones.”
Consumers can purchase HUAWEI Care services when they buy Huawei mobile phones as they roll out in all Huawei Experience Stores, Service Centers and ecommerce platform in August.
As a warranty service provided by the vendor, HUAWEI Care has the advantages. Such as original spare parts are used for repairs; high standard and reliable service quality provided by authorized professional engineers; services claimable in all Huawei service centers in the UAE; the manufacture warranty will not be affected by repair.
