4th DecoBuild 2020 Kicks Off Thursday In Dubai With Over 55 Exhibiting Companies
The 4th edition of Housing, Building Materials, Decoration& Engineering Consultancy Exhibition “DecoBuild 2020”, organized by the Mohammed Bin Rashid Housing Establishment, MRHE, will launch this Thursday in the Emirate of Dubai.
The three-day event, which will be held at ElbaitMetwahid, Al Warqa 4, Dubai, brings together more than 55 exhibiting companies from across the country.
The event reflects the MRHE’s vision of launching flexible and innovative housing initiatives and programs. It also comes in line with the directives of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, to develop the housing system for the UAE people and to provide the elements of decent life and welfare.
The exhibitors are coming from various disciplines, including contracting companies, building materials, interior design and decoration, engineering consultancy, project management, furniture, curtains, lighting, electrical appliances, gardens, and swimming pools. Housing-concerned public institutions and authorities, banks and financing services companies are also taking part in the event, which is sponsored by Dubai Chamber of Commerce & Industry, and under the sponsorship of Sheikh Zayed Housing Program, Dubai Municipality, Sharjah Municipality, the Department of Housing Sharjah, the Department of Economic Development (DED), the UAE Society of Engineers, and Sama Dubai (media sponsor).
DecoBuild 2020 is a perfect opportunity for citizens wishing to expand their houses or intending to build new ones, where they learn closely about the state-of-the-art products and services for constructing, renovating, expanding and decorating housing units, in addition to taking advantage of energy-saving technologies, products, and smart housing services. Visitors also can find out more about the services and initiatives offered by Government housing support funds, such as government loans and grants.
This year’s edition also offers visitors all modern home supplies and the latest innovations in building materials, décor, and interior finishes. Apart from the participation of the leading contracting, construction, decoration, electrical, and engineering consultancy companies, DecoBuild 2020 offers contractors and business owners the chance to ink deals and expand their businesses and projects.
This comes as part of the MRHE’s strenuous endeavors to save construction costs for citizens intending to build their own houses.
The Mohammed Bin Rashid Housing Establishment affirmed that all the strictest precautionary measures will be applied to maintain the health of everyone, including temperature check upon entry at the exhibition halls, re-arrangement of display areas to follow physical distancing protocols, and awareness-raising posters or electronic boards around hall areas providing information on precautionary guidelines and measures.
The exhibition opens its doors from 10 am to 8 pm daily.
